Tim Jobe is truly one of the pioneers in this field. Natural Lifemanship evolved from Tim’s work of over 40 years training horses, and more than 25 years using horses to help youth and families overcome adverse life circumstances.
He has worked full-time in this field while developing an innovative way to help both children and horses, resulting in thousands of hours spent in therapy sessions. He is one of the founding board members of the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association, on whose board he served for 10 years. Natural Lifemanship horse training principles are unique in that they were specifically designed to apply equally to horse and human relationships, resulting in deeply therapeutic work in the mental health field. Tim continues to train horses and therapy staff at Spirit Reins.
