There is a three part process to get started with services at Spirit Reins:

1. Complete a pdfNew Client Enrollment Form to determine what your insurance benefits (if any) will be for our services.  Our services are covered by major medical insurance and Medicaid. By completing and returning this form, you are in no way obligated to elect to receive services from Spirit Reins, nor will your insurance company be contacted or billed for anything without your prior consent. If you do not have any coverage or need help with the cost of our services, we do have a scholarship program you can apply to.

Once we have received your form, we request an Explanation of Benefits from your insurance company. The Explanation of Benefits will outline what your insurance will cover and what your out-of-pocket expenses for our services will be. It typically takes up to one week for us to receive the Explanation of Benefits from the time you return the eligibility form to us.

2. You will receive a phone call to further discuss our services, your insurance benefits (if any) and payment options, and schedule an intake session. {Please note, while we do our best to respond to all new client inquiries as quickly as possible, we do currently have a waiting list. Please allow up to three or four weeks from the time you return your New Client Insurance Eligibility Form for a return call.}

3. Intake session with your therapy team to discuss presenting issues and goals for therapy, as well as determine schedule for ongoing sessions. Sessions can be scheduled Monday – Saturday from 8am to 7pm.
