Thanks for your interest in getting involved! Amazing volunteers like you help us carry out our mission each and every day. Because we provide confidential mental health services, we do not allow volunteers to participate in therapy sessions, but have many other opportunities available.
Our feeders are a very important part of Spirit Reins. They feed our 30 horses each morning so they can start their day off right! Feeding begins at feeding, mucking stalls, cleaning the barn, setting out hay bales and cleaning water troughs. Feeders must be 18 years or older, able to lift at least 50 pounds, be on their feet for at least 2 hours and have 1 or more years of horse experience. We ask our feeders to commit to a minimum of 6 months.every morning and takes 1.5- 2 hours. Duties may include
We need a little extra help to keep our 125 acres looking it’s best. Volunteers must know how to operate a tractor including using tractor attachments, have experience shredding or "mowing," be able to lift 50 pounds or more and spend several hours outdoors.
Help us keep our therapy office and administrative office neat and tidy. This includes vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, mopping and cleaning restrooms. Hours and days are flexible.
Technical Administrative Assistant
Are you a techy? Provide our team with the technical support we need. Duties may include assisting with technical computer issues, applying updates, technical administrative support, data entry, filing and answering phones. Request a minimum commitment of 3 months. Hours and days are flexible.
